Meet our Founder
Erick, a co-founder of 4wrd, has strong roots in Nashville. Raised in Franklin and a graduate of the University of Tennessee – Knoxville, his entire professional life has been dedicated to the Nashville area. Beginning his career in staffing, Erick quickly realized the significant impact that thoughtful professional guidance can have on an individual’s career, often starting with just one meaningful conversation.
Driven by a passion to enable as many people as possible to progress, Erick launched 4wrd with a commitment to not only advance careers but also to transform the consulting industry. He sought to challenge and change the negative perceptions often associated with traditional consulting, focusing on authenticity and a ‘listen-first’ philosophy. This approach has been integral to 4wrd’s mission in assisting both clients and candidates to advance in their professional journeys.
